• A. Individual Attendee - $20.00 (USD)
  Note; All tickets can be transferred but are non-refundable.
• B. Up to 10 Teachers from one church - $174.99 (USD)
• C. Unlimited teachers from one church - $399.99 (USD)
• Host - $400.00 (USD)
  All Star Host Agreement
  
  1. Participants are charged $25 to attend with a $5 discount if they sign up 2 weeks early.
  2. This amount is split evenly between the host and the speakers.
  3. Host pays all expenses — travel for speakers, meals, hotel. (Note: please communicate directly with speakers regarding expense.)
  4. Host pays $400 non-refundable administrative fee.
  5. Host is responsible for advertising event.
